I would love to win "Effective UI", I work in a 4 month old startup and most of the team here is not good at design and UI, We end up doing many mockups for something trivial, so a book like this would be awesomely helpful.

I would also love a copy of "Effective UI".

Many of our most recent projects have revolved around improving UI/UX/usability - it seems many clients have sites or web apps built in the rush of the last few years that they're not about to completely replace, but are now having to deal with issues of poor UI.

Why us? We're very busy already doing this type of work. The more we read, the more we know, the better the quality of our work - the better experience you're likely to have if you end up on one of the projects we're fixing! So you might be doing yourself a favour. ;)
